A massage business owner has pleaded not guilty in an Alabama court to sexually abusing customers while performing their body treatments at a massage warehouse, the Associated Press reports.
The Associated Press reported the accused owner, Michael E. Johnson, was arrested Monday in Baldwin County, Ala., and charged with three counts of felony sexual abuse of a child.
He allegedly took three young women to his home to do body treatments for an undisclosed period of time, the AP reported.
Johnson pleaded not charged Monday in the Baldwin County court.
The Birmingham News reports the court documents allege that Johnson and another employee at the Wahl Massage Warehouse, located at 1110 E. Pecan Lane, performed oral sex on a 15-year-old girl.
The girl’s mother told investigators she did not see her son perform the acts.
The woman told investigators that she and the boy had an argument in the bathroom, according to the News.
Johnson was fired from his job at the warehouse in February.
A preliminary hearing is set for May 18.
