Walmart is introducing a new power supply to its iPhone and iPad line that costs $3.50 to $4.00 per month.
The company says the new power supplies can be connected to the iPhone, which it says has the latest software and has built-in wireless charging capabilities.
That includes the ability to charge both iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus at a time.
It’s not clear how many customers are using the new products.
A Walmart spokesperson told Ars that it is not a “special” product, but rather a general-purpose power supply that can be used for a wide range of applications.
It also doesn’t appear to be compatible with the iPhone’s battery, which is the subject of a lawsuit.
It will cost $10 per month to add the power supply, and $5 for each additional year it’s active.
The Walmart power supply has been available since 2015.
